Interviewing your customers …

a few days ago, I stumbled on this article from Pragmatic Marketing … I was blown away!

True, they do not describe anything new … to the contrary this is what Product Managers / Marketing Managers / CEOs (and even CFOs or anybody in the C suite) should be doing  anyway … but frankly, how many of those do you know who do call two customers a week just for a friendly chat …. !?!

When I read this, it was as a light had just been lit in my head! It is so simple, yet so true! This is really one of the best ways to keep in touch with your market that I’ve encountered since I first learned about Marketing!

I have decided to do give it a try.
